A year ago this week, I shared a concert from this date in Seattle. It's a great performance, and last year's recording was a real blast. Since then, I've acquired another version of that performance. This one, however, is one of Thir13en's matrix remasters. He used an assisted listening device source mixed in with a great audience recording (a different one than what I shared last year). The result is an impressively clear and close sound. As many of you likely know by now, ALD sourced shows often have lots of artifacts and static, because the method to capture them has proven to be more about luck than science. This ALD is no exception, but Thir13en has proven himself numerous times to be very competent. The quality here are a testament to his talents, though you may still notice occasional drops or changes in sound quality (much better than the bursts of static that exists in the unaltered ALD). I do hope that those of you who have already heard another version of this concert will still enjoy this one.

Thanks, Jason. i just downloaded and listened to "40" and see what you mean in giving this matrix a big wrap. Really clear sound. This Thir13en's pretty talented.
Much appreciated indeed.
